Hospital Management System in Hurlburt Field, Florida

Medical facilities require software that eliminates administrative bottlenecks while keeping patient data strictly secure. We also connected their internal pharmacy database using MySQL to track medication inventory in real time across four distinct dispensing stations.

Billing errors account for a large share of lost revenue in mid-sized medical practices. We integrate Stripe and custom ledger modules directly into the patient discharge workflow so co-pays and insurance claims process before the patient leaves the facility. Every transaction log is encrypted at rest and in transit to meet stringent healthcare compliance mandates.

Clinicians often work across mobile devices while moving between examination rooms. We build companion applications using Flutter so doctors can review lab results and update patient charts from a tablet without returning to a stationary nursing station. Firebase handles real-time push notifications for critical lab alerts so medical staff never miss an urgent test result.
