We are 10 developers, designers, and project managers based in Gandhinagar, India. Since 2015, we have been building custom software for businesses across the US and 20+ countries. No sales department. No account executives. You talk directly to the people writing your code.
We are based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. We have no US office, and we are upfront about that. What we do have is a decade of working across time zones, a communication process that US clients have told us works better than agencies in their own city, and a team that has stayed together long enough to finish each other's code reviews.
You get a dedicated project manager who is online during US business hours. Every project runs on a shared board where you can see exactly what is being worked on, what is done, and what is next. We send Loom video walkthroughs with every major build so you are never guessing what "80% complete" actually means. Most of our US clients tell us the communication is better than what they have experienced with local agencies. We think that is because remote teams have to be better at communication; there is no "I will just swing by your desk" fallback.
Our team is small on purpose. We take on 3 to 5 projects at a time, not 30. That means the person who architects your system is the same person who writes the code and the same person who is on the call when something breaks at 2 PM Eastern. We have lost potential clients to bigger agencies. That is fine. The ones who stay tend to stay for years.
We have talked at least a dozen potential clients out of building an app they did not need. If a Zapier integration or a well-configured Airtable solves your problem, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than build something that wastes your money.
With 10 people, there is no handoff between a sales team and a dev team. The person on your discovery call is the person reviewing pull requests. Context does not get lost in a game of telephone across departments.
We do not spend three weeks on wireframes and strategy decks. By the end of week two, you are looking at a working prototype you can click through. Feedback is easier when you can point at something real.
Your code sits in your repository. Your credentials are yours. If you decide to leave us tomorrow, you walk away with everything. No proprietary frameworks, no vendor lock-in, no hostage situations.
Our core hours in India overlap with US mornings and afternoons. You send a detailed brief at 5 PM your time, and our team works on it through our daytime. You wake up to progress. It is like adding 8 hours to your day.
We write code expecting to maintain it for years, because we usually do. That means clear documentation, consistent patterns, and no clever shortcuts that save a day now and cost a week later. Around 60% of our current clients have been with us for over two years.
Started with a two-person team building PHP and WordPress sites. Our first US client was a Phoenix property management company. Their maintenance portal is still running, though we have rebuilt it twice since then.
Took on our first full custom web application: an inventory management tool for a small electronics distributor in Ohio. This was the project that pushed us into React and Node.js. The client needed real-time stock updates across 3 warehouse locations, and WordPress was not going to cut it.
Shipped our first Flutter app for a fitness studio chain that needed class booking on iOS and Android without maintaining two codebases. Grew to 7 people. Started turning down WordPress projects to focus entirely on custom development.
When everyone went remote, US companies suddenly became more comfortable hiring distributed teams. Our client roster doubled between 2020 and 2021. We also learned that more clients does not mean better work, and deliberately slowed intake back down.
Formalized our project management process after one too many scope creep incidents. Introduced bi-weekly recorded demos, shared project boards, and structured sprint planning for every engagement. Client satisfaction went up. Late nights went down.
Still a team of 10. Still based in Gandhinagar. Now serving clients across the US, UK, Australia, Canada, and more. We could hire faster and take on more. We choose not to. The size is the strategy.
No pitch deck required. Send us a rough idea of what you need, and we will get back to you within one business day with honest feedback on scope, timeline, and whether we are the right fit.
