A wilderness hospitality operator near Kings Canyon National Pk needed to automate visitor inquiry routing across three distinct mountain lodges. Their support team was drowning in 340 daily emails asking about trail conditions, permit rules, and lodging availability during peak summer weekends. They realized generic chatbot widgets failed to parse complex multi-part questions from hikers, leading to frustrating customer experiences and lost bookings. Building a custom retrieval system required specialized backend expertise that their existing two-person web shop simply did not possess.
We brought in an AI developer who started by building a custom data pipeline in Python to ingest 14 years of trail logs and park guidelines. To handle messy visitor phrasing, the engineer integrated the OpenAI API alongside LangChain to manage conversational memory and strict context retrieval. They stored unstructured park documents inside Pinecone as vector databases, allowing the retrieval engine to fetch exact answers in under 400 milliseconds. The support inbox volume dropped by 61% within the first month of deployment.

"Ritik and his team at Aneri Developers are top notch! We have been working together for almost 2+ years now and the project continues to evolve exactly how I had envisioned it. His communication is amazing and his attention to detail is even better! The mobile app and back office that we have created has freed up so much of my day to day while also giving my clients much better transparency and service in return too. His pricing is very fair and I feel extremely lucky to have him helping behind the scenes and growing my business! I look forward to all our future endeavors and continued success. Thank you!"
